    mujhse poori ka atta nahi gutha jaata.jab atta hard hota hai to pooriyan phoolti nahi.bilkul mathri jaisi chapti banti hai.Please give me some measure(like..1 cup atte k liye kitne cup paani)?? Please bataiye jisse mai puri ka atta sahi se guth saku.Thanks waiting for ur reply nisha ji

    meri ma bina pyaj-lahsun wala khana khati hain unke lie kuchh tasty banane ke lie mujhe bahut sochana padta tha per apki dishes padhkar meri chinta door ho gai .Thanks....

    ur receipe is very tasty...can we make puris without using besan in it?...
    निशा: विजेता, पूरी बिना बेसन के बनाई जाती हैं और बहुत अच्छी बनती हैं, उन्हैं सादा पूरी कहते हैं. मिस्सी पूरी बनाने में तो बेसन खास इनग्रीडियेन्ट है.

    mam iss aate me gunguna pani dala gya h, usse kya hota h? kya gungune pani se baki poori-kachauriya b bnai ja skti h?
    निशा: विनीता, गुनगुने पानी से आटा जल्दी फूल कर सैट हो जाता है, ठंड के दिनों में तो आटा गुनगुने पानी से ही लगायें आटा बहुत अच्छा गूथा जाता है.

    Jeera or namak k saath Hari mirchi adrak or ajwain bhi dal sakte hai ya or koi maasale....:)
