    hi nisha, aapki recipes ka collection bahut authentic aur badiya hai. I'm glad I visited your website. Kyunki shalgam pakne ke baad thodi watery/sticky ho jaati hai, meri ma, end mein zara sa bhoona besan zaroor daalti hai. It absorbs the excess water takes the taste to another level.Your website is a treasure-trove of home-cooking. Kudos to you!!

    Nisha - I followed your receipe step by step and this subzi came out so well. It felt like we were at home with mom cooking for us. Thank you for this receipe. I like Shalgam all over again now :)

    hi,nisha-i tried ur reciepe and my family really likes it .it taste even better with plain paratha.the best thing is both the alloo and shalgam looks same and is good for kids also.

    Apto such me recipe simple trik se batati h ki asani se aa jata h. PR ek request h kisi saman ka nam Jo ap English me lete h use Hindi me v bataie taki hme use dhundhne me asani ho.qki kV kV saman samne hota h PR nam k karan confusion ho jati h. Thanks

    निशा: सुनीता जी, सब्जी को धीमी आग पर चैक करते हुए और बीच-बीच में चलाते हुए पकाइए, और जब भी आपको लगे कि सब्जी में पानी की मात्रा कम है तब उसमें थोड़ा सा पानी डाल कर मिला दीजिये, सब्जी नही जलेगी.
