Mix sprouted lentils, 1 cup of water, ½ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of turmeric powder in the cooker.  Close the cooker and cook it on high flame till one whistle.  After a whistle, reduce the flame to low and cook for 2 minutes.  When the time is over, the dal will be ready after boiling, turn off the gas and let the pressure of the cooker come out.
