Here is the recipe for making rice in pressure which makes a perfect combination with dal, kadhi, rajma, chole or any other curry.

- Rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
- Oil - 2 tsp
How to cook Perfect Basmati Rice in cooker
Soak the rice in water for half an hour. After half an hour, drain out the excess water.
Place these soaked rice in a pressure cooker along with 2 cup of water. Add some oil to the rice and mix well. Cover the pressure cooker with lid and cook until starts to whistle.
When it starts to whistles, turn off the flame and let the steam escape on its own. After this, open the lid pf pressure cooker and let them cool down a little and then serve.
To serve the rice, transfer them in a tray. Stir the rice a little using a spatula. Rice are ready to serve. These rice are prepared too instantly and making them is really easy. Serve them with steaming hot kadhi, dal or any other sabzi. It is sufficient for 2 to 3 members.
