hello nishaji.kindly solve my querry. whenever i fry something on medium heat i continue it thinking that it has not cooked resulting in dark fried items. pl. tell me how can i find out the right time to take out the cooked item so that it appears golden brown. secondly,before putting the item to be fried the flame should be high and after putting the item it should be medium OR the flame should be medium throught the process. for this reason i try to avoid making fried items. hope you will solve my querry and reply on my e-mail mentioned above.
