Restaurant Style Veg Fried Rice Recipe

Sometimes it happens that there is a desire to eat something good and spicy, but do not feel like making something by working hard.  Therefore, to fulfill this spicy desire, today we are going to make Veg Fried Rice.  These are very easy to prepare and add a twist to it with Maggi Masala-e-Magic.


Ingredients for Veg Fried Rice


Basmati Rice - 1 cup (200 grams)

Salt - 1.5 tsp

Oil - 2 tbsp (for frying rice) + 1 tsp (for boiling rice)

Ginger - 1 tsp, grated

Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped

Carrot - ½ cup, chopped

Beans - ¼ cup, chopped

Cabbage - ¼ cup, chopped

Green Capsicum - ½ cup, chopped

Yellow Capsicum - ½ cup, chopped

Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp

Soya Sauce - ½ tsp

Vinegar - 1.5 tsp

Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp

Maggi Masala-e-Magic - 1 Sachet


Process of boiling rice


Boil 3-4 cups of water in a pot.  When it comes to a boil, put 1 cup of basmati rice in it, soaked in water for 20 minutes.  Then put 1 tsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt in it and cover them (do not cover completely, leave a little open) and cook for 5 minutes.  After the time is up, check them, if they are not ready, then cover them and cook them again for 2 minutes.


After the time is up, see it, when it is done, sieve them through a sieve.  Take out its sieve and put the sieve on another bowl and spread the rice slightly so that its steam can escape.  Let them cool down like this.


Process of making Veg Fried Rice


When the rice cools down, put 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat it by swirling the pan around.  When hot, reduce the flame to low and add 1 tsp of grated ginger, 2 finely chopped green chilies, ½ cup of finely chopped carrots, ½ cup of chopped beans, ¼ cup of finely chopped cabbage, ½ cup of finely chopped green capsicum, ½ cup of finely chopped yellow capsicum and ½ tsp of salt.  Now roast them on high flame for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.


When the time is up, add 1 tsp of green chili sauce and mix it well.  After mixing well, add 1 sachet of Maggi Masala-e-Magic and mix it well.  After mixing, add boiled rice, ½ tsp of soy sauce and 1.5 tsp of white vinegar and mix lightly.


After mixing completely, add 2 tsp of green coriander and mix it.  In this way Veg Fried Rice will be ready.  Serve them and enjoy their taste.




Do not overcook the rice.

Fry the vegetables on high flame while stirring continuously.

While mixing rice with vegetables, mix lightly.
