Palak Saag Paneer Recipe

Ingredients Require for Palak Saag Paneer:
Spinach - 1/2 Kg
Bathua - 125 gms
Fenugreek Leaves - 125 gms
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 2, chopped
Green Chilli - 7, (4 chopped)
Ginger - 1-inch baton, grated
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - 3- 4
Salt - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Paneer - 200 gms
Maggi Masala Ae Magic - 1 sachet
Palak Saag Paneer Recipe:
Wash palak, bathua, and methi thoroughly, cut their stems, and chop after drying completely. Put chopped greens in a cooking vessel, add 1 cup of water, and steam for 7-8 minutes.
Taking 2-chopped tomatoes, 7-green chilies (4-chopped and 3-whole), and 1-inch grated ginger. After 7-8 minutes, keep the greens aside and allow them to cool down.
Heat 2 tsp of ghee in the pan. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 4-red chilies, green chilies (chopped & whole), grated ginger to the hot oil and roast briefly.
Add chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt to the pan, and cook covered for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, mash the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. On the other hand, blend the steamed leafy greens into a little coarse mixture.
Once the tomatoes are mushy and aromatic, add ground greens, 1/2 cup water, and mix well. Take 1 tbsp of cornflour, pour some water, and prepare a lump-free mixture.
Add the cornflour mixture to the saag and cook for 10-12 minutes over low-medium heat. Stir the saag after every 2 minutes.
Cube 200 grams of paneer. Add paneer cubes to the saag after 10 minutes and cook the sabzi for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1-sachet of Maggi Masala Ae Magic, mix and cook the saag for another 2 minutes. Transfer the sabzi to the serving bowl and add butter at the top.
Palak Saag Paneer is ready to be served. Serve saag with chapati, paratha, nan, or rice.
