    निशा जी , सादी ग्वारफली तो कई बार बनाई और बेसनी लौकी , बेसनी तुरई ,बेसनी टिंडा ,बेसनी मिर्चें भी बहुत बार बनाई पर बेसनी ग्वारफली के बारे में तो कभी सोचा ही नहीं..बहुत- बहुत धन्यवाद इस सब्जी को एक नया स्वाद देने के लिए...!!!! ज़रूर बनाउँगी |

    nisha ji aapki batai hui har recipe ko me jaroor try karti hu aur ye mujhe aur husband ko bahut pasand aati hai... aaj naye tarike se gwar falli banani seekhi me ise aaj sham hi banaugi.

    I like cluster beans (Gawar ki phalli or Goopshimbi) because these are very rich in fiber, I cook Gavarfali Ki Subzi Fry but without gram flour. This cluster beans fry recipe with besan looks so nice. I shall try it this week.

    My mom used to make cluster beans similarly. It reminds me the real taste and aroma of Besani Cluster beans.My mom also used to make Gwarphali with shreded Nariyal and Rai Tadka. I do not like to cook it as cluster beans takes so much time to be topped and tailed and may also need stringing. Now I must try it as soon as I get it in the market.

    Hi Nisha ji, I've tried the recipee. It's good and gives some change from ordinary gwar phali sabzi. The people who like sugar, can add some sugar and lemon in it. Sugar and lemon adds more taste to it.

    nice!! nishaji dekhne me kafi majedar hai me b try krungi nishaji simla mirch ki sabji me isi tarah banati hu.. wob bhi bahut tasty lagti hai pr usey ubalna nahi padta...nishaji kya aap lauki ki sabji kisi alag taike se banana sikhayengi..

    hello nishaji..me jab bhi confusion me rhti hu k aj kya banau to apki site khol kar beth jati hu kuchnakuch aesa mil hi jata he jo bahut interesting hota he.mene gwar ki fali lehsun aur sarso k paste wali banayi he,tasty hoti he par me aj apki recipe try kane wali hu..it really sounds gud n yummy..thanks for the recipe

    I tried this recipe with long beans instead of gavar, it turned out very well. Instead of boiling the beans, I microwaved this for3 4 minutes. Thanks

    निशाजी कोई भी रेसिपी देखना हो सबसे पहले आपकी याद आती है। वैसे कोई भी सब्जी बनाते समय बघार में हल्दी व मसाले डालने के बजाय जब सब्जी लगभग पक कर तेल छोड़ दे तब उस तेल में डालकर भुनें और आगे और पकाएं तो कच्चापन भी नही रहता और मसाले जलते भी नही
