    Hi,I really like your Blog and the recipes are amazing, I have a request. Can you also post recipe of Sarso ka Saag & Makke Ki Roti? Please also describe the procedure to make Roti? I tried but it did not worked for me so I mix some wheat flour to the dough and then roll the roti.Thanks!!!

    hyee nisha jee,aap to itne lazawaab tarike se btati hain k mera to turant hi banane ka man hone lagta hai.meri maa humesha mujhe khana bnana sikhne k lie kehti thi magar maine kabhi interest nahi lia,magar ab bda mza ata hai apki recipees k through cooking krne me.apse ek request hai k aap in recipees ko microwave oven me bnane ka bhi method btaen.thanks

    ene apki recipie dekh k chole bhature bnae ekdum bdhiya bne bt bhature vese nai bne jese market me bnte h aap btaiye k vese bhature bnnane k lie mje kya krna hoga.

    Nishaji main hemesha aapki recipe dekhti hoon par aap kisi bhi recipe me lahsun use nahi karti kyon hum to har masale wale recipe me use karte hain please aapki recipe me yadi lahsun use kare to kis tarike se kar sakte hain bataiye
    निशा: ज्योति, मैं बिना लहसुन के ही सब्जी बनाती हूँ, आप लहसन डालने के लिये तेल में हींग जीरा भुन जाने के बाद 4-5 लहसुन की कली बारीक काट कर डालिये और हल्का ब्राउन होने तक उसे सिकने दीजिये, प्याल डालना चाहती हैं, तब इसके साथ बारीक कटी प्याल दालिये और उसको हल्की गुलाबी होने तक सेक लीजिये, और बिलकुल इसी तरह सारे मसाले डालते हुये सब्जी बना लीजिये.
