    Your recipe includes atta and suji. But in your video you have used only atta, why, Ma'am? I tried the recipe with suji but I could feel the suji...kindly let me know how to use suji (for crispness) and at the same time avoid the feel of the suji grains. Thank you

    Ma'am I hv tried this poori from readymade atta but it became hard.why?
    निशा: रूपिन्दर जी, आटा सख्त हो और पूरी को कम गरम तेल में तला गया हो तब एसा हो सकता है. आटा को हल्का सोफ्ट लगायें और पूरी को तलने के लिये अच्छे गरम तेल में डालें, पूरी फूली फूली और सोफ्ट बनेंगी.
