    Very nice recipe Nisha Ji but gaderi is different than arbi though they belong to same family..gaderi badi Hoti hai size main and uttranchal main use cholai k saath banaya jaata hai..also bhaang(uttranchaliI bhaang) daali jaati hai to thicken the gravy.. Source- I m uttranchaliI :)
