टमाटर आलू की सब्जी पूरी, बेड़मी या परांठे के साथ खाने में बहुत अच्छी लगती है. आईये आज आलू टमाटर की सब्जी (Aloo Tamatar Sabzi) बनायें

आवश्यक सामग्री - Ingredients for Aloo Tamatar Sabzi

  • आलू - 300 ग्राम
  • टमाटर - 200 ग्राम
  • हरी मिर्च - 2-3
  • अदरक - 1 इंच लम्बा टुकड़ा
  • तेल - 1 टेबल स्पून
  • हींग - 1 पिंच
  • जीरा - आधा छोटी चम्मच
  • हल्दी पाउडर - एक चौथाई छोटी चम्मच
  • धनियां पाउडर - एक छोटी चम्मच
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर - एक चौथाई छोटी चम्मच से भी कम
  • नमक - स्वादानुसार (3/4 छोटी चम्मच)
  • गरम मसाला - एक चौथाई छोटी चम्मच
  • हरा धनियां - एक टेबल स्पून (बारीक कतरा हुआ)

विधि - How to make Aloo Tamatar Sabzi

आलू को उबाल कर, ठंडे करके छील लीजिये.

टमाटर, हरी मिर्च और अदरक को मिक्सी से बारीक पीस लीजिये.

कढ़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये.  गरम तेल में हींग और जीरा डाल दीजिये.  जीरा भुनने के बाद हल्दी पाउडर और धनिया पाउडर डालकर चमचे से चला दीजिये ( मसाला जलने न पाये).  मसाले में टमाटर का पेस्ट डालकर मसाले को तब तक भूनिये जब तक कि वह दाने दार न हो जाय.

आलू को तोड़कर इस मसाले में डालिये और 2 मिनिट तक चमचे से चलाते हुये भूनिये.  एक गिलास पानी, नमक और लाल मिर्च डाल दीजिये (पानी की मात्रा आप अपनी इच्छा के अनुसार घटा बड़ा सकते हैं).

सब्जी में उबाल आने के बाद 3-4 मिनिट तक पकाइये.  सब्जी बन चुकी है.  सब्जी में गरम मसाला और आधा हरा धनियां डाल कर मिला दीजिये.

आपकी आलू टमाटर की सब्जी (Aloo Tamatar Sabzi, Curried Potatoes In Tomato Sauce, Alu Tamatar Sabzi) तैयार है.  सब्जी को बाउल में निकाल लीजिये और हरे धनियां ऊपर से डालकर सजाइये.  गरमा गरम आलू टमाटर की सब्जी पूरी, परांठे, नान या चावल किसी के साथ परोसिये और खाइये.

    Apki recipes bilkul apni maa ki recipes jaisi lagti hein. Aap isme or recipes add karein. YOu are doing really good work. generaaly net par log badi complicated recipes batate hein addhi cheezein ghar mein avilable bhi nahi hoti.

    Nisha.........there is a sincere advice and suggestion for you.all your sabzis are just the same with the very same tomato hari mirch and adrak paste...you dont have any innovations. So please dont put all these recipes sepaprely. you can club them up together and just ask the readers to use the vegetables of their choice. That would same the time for all of us.....i hope you would understand how boring your blog becomes after a few visits.......because everything is same.....:):)
