26 Feb 2012 09:52:10 PM Flagneelam aisi baat nhi hai ki chapati k tarah spring rolls banane se woh bilkul crispy nhi honge . agar aap spring roll sheets nhi banana chahati toh chapati hi use kre aur jaise ki maine pahle hi bataya aap chapati ko pura na pakae. aap normal chapati wala dough bana le aur chapati bel le thodha sa ghee ya koe bhi fat chapati k 1 side me laga le aur dono ko 1 k upar 1 rakh le ye dhyan rakkhe ki aap dono tel lage sides 1 dusre k sath cipka de aur garam tawe par dono taraf se halka sek le aur phir thodha thanda hone par dono ko alag kr le baki k chapati bhi aise hi ready kr le . tayyar chapati ko stuff kare aur fry kar le (agar stuffing bharte waqt chapati acche se na chipke toh aap thode se pani aur maide k ghol se ya sirf paani se bhi use chipkaskti hai

21 Feb 2012 07:14:53 AM Flagneelam agar aap spring roll sheets chapati ki tarah banaengi toh spring rolls utne crispy nhi banenge . meri mamma dono hi versions banati hai aur maine difference notice kra hai. chapati ki tarah banne se woh utna crisp nhi hota jitna ki 1 spring roll ko hona chahiye. aur agar aap chapati ki tarah banan hi chahati hai toh chapati ko pura na pakae use halka kaccha hi rhne de warna woh aapas mein chipkengi nhi aur fry krne waqt khul bhi sakti hai
